Lyric Coloratura Soprano
Lily Prado (formerly Berthold) is an operatic soprano based in Los Angeles. After making her operatic debut in 2023 as Die Zauberflöte’s Pamina, Lily has quickly become an in demand singer in Southern California.

Upcoming, Lily can be seen as a chorister with the San Diego Opera in their 2025-2026 season, as well as a soloist in their Holiday Concert Series.
In competitions, Lily won 1st Place in the 2025 Whittier Regional Symphony Young Artist Competition, Finalist in the 2025 Burbank Philharmonic Young Artist Competition, Semi-Finalist in the 2024 Palm Springs Opera Guild Competition, 1st Place in the 2024 Sigma Alpha Iota PAC Aria Competition, and 3rd Place in the 2024 Randy Nelson Vocal Competition.
Mrs. Prado is in the second year of her Master’s Degree, attending Bob Cole Conservatory of Music (BCCM) at California State Univ. Long Beach, graduating in Spring 2026. In her first year at BCCM, she sang the role of Pamina for BCCM Opera’s grand production of Die Zauberflöte, as well as scenes in the roles of Adina (L’elisir D’amore) & Donna Anna (Don Giovanni).
